Shipping and Return Policy

Please ensure you provide a detailed delivery address.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your package has been sent.

If there is any delay in shipment, this may be due to high volume of orders or problems with the postal service outside our control.

Delivery Fee

Delivery fee might change due to the weight of your package. If there are extra charges, you will be contacted via email or phone call

In-store pickup

We now offer in-store pickup for your convenience. To ensure a smooth process, kindly present the name on the order and the order number for authorization during pickup.

Please collect your order within 3 working days. Orders left unclaimed after 5 working days will be considered 'abandoned,' relieving Mon Pere Stores of any responsibility. For those opting for delivery, orders will be sent to your provided address at the applicable shipping rates.

How do I check the status of my order?

This depends on if the postal service used offers shipment tracking. If it does, when your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification and/or an SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@monperestores.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

RETURNS

We do not make refunds EXCEPT:
  • purchased item is out of stock.
We do not accept returns or exchange EXCEPT:
  • you receive the wrong item
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Every item supplied in good condition cannot be returned.

Refunds and Exchange
Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too. For wrong items, you will be contacted to be informed of the exchange procedure.
